Breakfast will be served in our sun room between 8 and 9.30am.
You can have a leisurely breakfast whilst enjoying the view over the private gardens and watching the birds visit the feeders.
The buffet table has fresh fruit juices, a Nespresso Coffee machine with a range of coffees to sample, a Breville One Cup and a variety of teas, so that you can help yourself to drinks whilst your breakfast is being prepared.
You will also find a toaster with brown and white bread and a selection of cereals, yoghurts, walnuts, fresh blueberries and bananas.
Guests can indulge in a full Scottish breakfast made using locally sourced produce, such as sausages, bacon, haggis, Stornoway black pudding, all from a local butcher, with mushrooms, tomatoes, tattie scones and eggs the way you like them. A truly hearty breakfast which will set you up for the day. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options too.
Lighter options are also be available such as herby mushrooms on toast, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, freshly baked croissants, pains au chocolat or pains aux raisins.
We do ask guests to let us know the night before of their choices to allow us to prepare breakfasts ready for you. This
does not mean you can’t change your mind, but it does help us to reduce food wastage and ensure you do not have to wait for your breakfast to be cooked.
