Our guest lounge is cosy and comfortable; the oversized sofa and armchairs give the room an Art Deco style and are original 1930s pieces. They were bought by Carolyn’s grandparents in approximately 1934 and have been in her family ever since.
The guest lounge is always is open for you to use and is a great space to have a coffee and some of Carolyn’s home-made cakes, watch a DVD or play some board games. The large stone bay window gives you a spectacular view of the hills behind the house. During the Rosneath Highland games you can watch the participants running to the top; the rest of the year you can often see deer roaming freely on the hillside. We love this room and hope that you will too.
