About Easter Garth:
Easter Garth is a beautiful spacious house, built around 1838, for the then Reverend, Dr Robert Story. It is a grade C listed building, within the Rosneath village conservation area, circled by lovely lawned, private grounds. Set back from the road, it has a private driveway leading up to the house, where there is ample parking.
Easter Garth offers you an excellent location for exploring some of the most stunning scenery in Scotland. Situated on the picturesque Rosneath peninsula, across Gare Loch from Helensburgh, it is not far from Loch Lomond and provides easy access to the West Coast of Scotland and the Highlands.
Easter Garth comprises of three bookable rooms, each named after a local loch: Loch Lomond, Loch Goil and Loch Long.
The house is only a short distance from the forest, central hills of the peninsula and the shores of Gareloch. Our location makes us an ideal place to stay for walking, cycling exploring or just simply relaxing. The private grounds around the house are there for the enjoyment of all our guests and we hope that you will enjoy the tranquil location.
Located on the Rosneath Peninsula, within the village conservation area, close to the A817 with easy connections to the A82, Loch Lomond, Luss, Helensburgh, Balloch, the Trossachs and the National Park Good road/rail connections into Glasgow. Both Faslane and Coulport are only a short drive away.
